During this time of uncertainty, I wanted to be able to provide some certainty when it comes to a very pressing question many members may find themselves asking: How am I covered during the COVID-19 pandemic?

Each of our carrier partners - Aetna, Anthem, Humana and Kaiser - have stated that ALL testing to determine whether a member has contracted the COVID-19 virus will be covered as a diagnostic/preventive service. This means that there will be no charge for the member, provided they have contacted their provider first and the provider has ordered the testing.
